Domestic Order Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

How to Request a Return/Exchange:
Initiate the process by emailing returns@chanchalta.com within 10 days of receiving your product.

Return Policy
1. Timeframe:
Any requests for return or exchange made after 10 days from receiving the product will not be accepted.
2. Return Process:
Upon email confirmation, a reverse pickup will be arranged (processing time: 2-3 days).
The product must be unused, with the label intact, and in original packaging.
After receiving the product (takes around 7-10 days to reach our warehouse) and completing a quality check, we will initiate a refund via online payment methods (approximately within 7 days of receiving the product at the warehouse).
Note: Refunds are subject to the product passing our quality checks. Products bought from the blockbuster sale or Never before, never after promotions are not eligible for refunds; they can only be exchanged.
3. Bundle Discount Adjustment:
If you return an item from a bundle that had a discount, the refund will be based on the final value after the return. For example, if you bought two items worth ₹3000 each with a 10% bundle discount and return one item, the refund for the remaining item will be recalculated with a 5% discount, not 10%.
If you purchased a single product with 10% off and the minimum cart value was ₹6000, returning a product will result in a full refund of the paid amount after the item passes quality control.
Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Process:
Upon email confirmation, a reverse pickup will be arranged (processing time: 2-3 days).
The product must be unused, with the label intact, and in original packaging.
After receiving the product (takes around 7-10 days to reach us after pickup) and completing quality control, we will proceed with the exchange within 1-2 days.
Exchange is allowed only once. For a second exchange, customers must bear a charge of ₹250 for forward and reverse shipping.
Exchanges are only possible for products of equal or higher value; products of lesser value will not be accepted.
Note: There is no return for a product once it has been exchanged and received by the customer. Exchanges are processed post-quality checks.
Damaged or Defective Products
1. Requesting an Exchange:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, request an exchange.
The product must be unused, with the label intact, and in original packaging.
Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging is damaged.
2. Exceptions:
Products damaged during use are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
If we cannot replace a damaged or defective product, a refund will be issued.
